Pickleball has officially taken root in Mississippi.
Once seen as a retirement hobby, the sport has exploded into a competitive, social, and economic force across the country—and Mississippi is catching up in a big way. From state-of-the-art indoor facilities to free outdoor courts tucked into neighborhood parks, pickleball’s rise in the Magnolia State has been rapid and widespread.
In honor of National Pickleball Day (August 8), Magnolia Coast Sports is spotlighting 10 pickleball courts in Mississippi worth checking out.
