Saturday’s Recap: Davis Riley teed off at 1p.m. Saturday for the third round of The Masters and got off to a bad start with two bogeys on. He would stay even at par until holes 7 and 9, which he birdied, offsetting the bogeys on holes 1 and 2 and finishing Even after 9.  Bogeys on 10 and 11 before finishing with 7 pars would push Riley to +2 for the day.  On his four bogey holes two were a result of bad drives to the left , one was a missed green where he didn’t get up and down, and then there was a three foot putt from 52 feet out.

All in all it doesn’t seem like Davis Riley will play that poorly. One of those where a few drives got away, and a few approach shots were off line, and not enough putts dropped. If he can clean a few things up for tomorrow he’ll have a pretty good result for his first Masters.
